Overview and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to use of https://theauthenticcollectives.com and services offered by Authentic Sports Media Group, LLC (“ASMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including JFIII Hoops Academy and Coach Joe Fulce consultations. By booking, purchasing, or using a service, you agree to the terms disclosed for that service and any applicable written agreement.
A separately executed training, production, consulting, media, or other service agreement controls its specific project if its terms differ from these general website Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
1. Services and Booking Routes
- JFIII Hoops Academy (TRAIN): athlete evaluation, basketball skill development, private training, and training packages.
- ASMG Media (MEDIA): game and event filming, recruiting/highlight content, branded video, photography, documentary work, and other production projects.
- Coach Joe / ASMG (WORK): paid private strategy consultations, sports-media/creator/business consulting, and selected partnerships.
- Introductory inquiries: ASMG Media Project Discovery and ASMG Brand & Content Project Inquiry are complimentary unless their booking page expressly states otherwise.
Specific scope, price, dates, location, deliverables, and terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable quote, package description, proposal, or contract.
2. Prices, Advance Payment, and Premium Packages
Payment is required upfront for paid appointments and training packages unless a separate written payment arrangement has been approved. Payment secures the relevant reservation; a booking is not confirmed as paid until the payment processor successfully authorizes and records payment.
- JFIII Athlete Evaluation Session: currently $85 for 60 minutes, as shown on its Calendly booking page.
- Coach Joe Private Strategy Session: currently $297 for 60 minutes, as shown on its Calendly booking page.
Individualized premium training-package recommendations or planning details may be provided after the required paid evaluation or consultation. Before purchasing any separate premium package, customers will be given its applicable price, number of sessions, duration, usage window, and material restrictions. ASMG does not require payment for a service without disclosing its material purchase terms beforehand.
Media projects require a separate accepted quote or statement of work. Travel, facility, court, crew, licensing, equipment, editing, and other additional charges will be disclosed and agreed before they are billed.
3. Training Session Scheduling and 24-Hour Notice
JFIII training time is reserved specifically for the athlete once the appointment is confirmed. A client requesting a change must generally provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session start.
Late cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed sessions or no-shows, may be treated as a used session and may be nonrefundable. Exceptions and refunds are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of booking.
A request to reschedule does not itself guarantee a new time. Alternative appointments depend on availability. For a non-training paid consultation, the booking-specific cancellation and rescheduling policy disclosed at checkout will also apply; the 24-hour notice standard applies if shown there.
4. Training Packages, Validity Windows, and Facilities
Prepaid JFIII package sessions must be completed within the package usage window stated in the purchased package description or agreement. Unused appointments do not automatically roll over after that window unless ASMG agrees in writing or the law requires otherwise.
Training times or locations may be adjusted with advance notice if court access, facility availability, weather, safety, or circumstances beyond reasonable control change. ASMG will seek a reasonable alternative time or location. If ASMG cannot provide the purchased service, the appropriate rescheduling or refund remedy will be determined in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
5. Refunds, Fees, and Charge Disputes
Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the service, timing, services already performed, relevant booking/package terms, and applicable law. A late cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiture of the booked session as described above.
Payment-processing fees may be deducted from discretionary refunds only to the extent lawfully permitted and where that condition was disclosed before purchase. This does not limit refunds or other remedies that are required by law.
To request a cancellation review or raise a billing concern, contact authenticsportsmediagroup@gmail.com or (972) 282-4670 with the booking name and date. Please contact us before initiating a charge dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate, without limiting your cardholder rights.
6. ASMG Media Projects and Production Agreements
Complimentary discovery or inquiry calls do not reserve filming dates or guarantee a production booking. A media project begins only after the necessary scope, schedule, price, deposit/payment obligations, location requirements, and deliverables are accepted in a separate proposal or agreement.
Client-requested changes, added filming days, travel, revisions, licensing, or other out-of-scope services may create additional fees, subject to written approval. Delivery schedules may be affected by third-party permissions, location access, timely client feedback, and other project dependencies.
7. Creative Materials, Training Content, and Media Consent
Unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise, ASMG/JFIII retains its pre-existing trademarks, branding, educational materials, training/filming materials, raw production assets, and other original intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially reuse proprietary ASMG/JFIII materials without prior written permission or a valid license.
Rights to completed client videos, images, edits, raw files, and other project deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement. Third-party music, footage, logos, and other assets remain subject to the rights actually obtained.
Training participation alone does not authorize ASMG/JFIII to publicly or commercially use a participant’s image, voice, or likeness. When needed, separate media/appearance releases will be requested; a parent or legal guardian must authorize where required for minors.
8. Athlete Safety, Minors, and Participation
Basketball and physical training involve inherent risks of exertion and injury. Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions, disclose relevant participation restrictions where requested, and use appropriate judgment about medical or physical readiness. ASMG/JFIII does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Minors require applicable parent/guardian authorizations. A separately signed participation agreement, emergency-contact form, and legally appropriate liability waiver may be required before training. These website Terms do not replace those forms or waive non-waivable rights.
9. Consulting, Education, and Digital Products
Coach Joe consultations and ASMG/JFIII educational content provide individualized guidance or general educational information, as applicable. ASMG does not guarantee scholarships, team placements, contracts, employment, social audience growth, monetization, income, or any particular competitive result.
Purchased digital materials are licensed according to the applicable product description and may not be redistributed or represented as the customer’s own original work without authorization. Digital-product-specific refund and access terms, if any, are disclosed at purchase.
10. Optional SMS Messaging Program
11. Website Use, Third-Party Platforms, and Liability
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of ASMG or others. Third-party scheduling, payment, video, community, and social platforms may have their own policies and technical availability.
ASMG will provide agreed services with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASMG makes no guarantee of outcomes outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, responsibilities, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable Texas and U.S. law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to particular users or transactions. Revisions to the website Terms will apply prospectively unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Paid transactions remain subject to the terms accepted at the time of purchase and any governing service agreement.
